  • Minimum Diploma Education Level
  • Can start immediately
  • Fluency In English(Verbal and Written) is a must
  • Working experience at least 1 year in Live Chat Experience
  • Experience in B2B live chat is required
Responsibilities
  • Attend to customer's inquiries through Live Chat
  • To ensure that the information provided to customers are accurate and is compliance to the quality assurance requirements
  • To key-in relevant information of the customers and their agreements products/offers into the system accurately
  • To fulfill the daily, week and monthly KPIs
