Minimum Diploma Education Level
Can start immediately
Fluency In English(Verbal and Written) is a must
Working experience at least 1 year in Live Chat Experience

Experience in B2B live chat is required

Responsibilities

Attend to customer's inquiries through Live Chat
To ensure that the information provided to customers are accurate and is compliance to the quality assurance requirements
To key-in relevant information of the customers and their agreements products/offers into the system accurately
To fulfill the daily, week and monthly KPIs
