  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Strong team player with a positive and cooperative attitude.
  • Basic knowledge or prior experience in Hotel Management or Front Office operations is preferred.
  • Candidates with customer service experience or transferable skills from other industries are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Energetic, efficient, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
TanggungjawabKey Responsibilities:
  • Interact with guests on all matters related to rooming, cashiering, and guest information services.
  • Ensure all guest details are accurately completed upon arrival, including name, address, and method of payment.
  • Validate payment methods during check-in and check-out, and ensure all charges are correctly posted.
  • Facilitate arrival and departure formalities for all guests, including VIPs, while ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to maintain high standards of guest service and room readiness.
  • Greet guests warmly and courteously, making an effort to learn and use their names to provide personalized service.
  • Attend regular departmental meetings and training sessions.
  • Familiarize yourself with night audit procedures and perform night shift duties as assigned by the Duty Manager.
  • Stay updated on hotel promotions, events, and local happenings.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the hotel's products, services, and policies.
  • Collaborate with other Front Office team members in a supportive and flexible manner to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
  • Liaise with the Accounting Department regarding account policies and procedures.
  • Execute daily tasks in accordance with established SOPs and service standards.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and assist with service needs and special requests.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
