Key Responsibilities: Operational Management Supervise and support front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out, guest requests, room assignments, and billing. Ensure compliance with all brand standards, procedures, and service standards. Address guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally; follow up to ensure satisfaction. Assist in forecasting occupancy and scheduling staff accordingly. Monitor and manage room inventory in collaboration with housekeeping and reservations teams. Team Leadership Lead, train, coach, and develop front office associates. Conduct daily briefings, shift handovers, and ensure consistent communication across shifts. Support hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive work environment and maintain high associate morale. Guest Experience Serve as a role model for delivering exceptional service. Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues proactively to ensure guest satisfaction. Monitor guest feedback and respond accordingly. Financial and Administrative Assist in managing departmental budgets and controlling operational expenses. Oversee cash handling, billing accuracy, and compliance with financial procedures. Generate reports related to occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction. Health & Safety / Compliance Ensure all operations comply with Marriott policies and local safety regulations. Participate in emergency procedures and ensure staff are trained in safety protocols. Qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent Communication skills Bachelor&aposs degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Show more Show less
