Full-time | 60% Regional Travel About Our Client Our client is a leading international agribusiness company with strong operations across Asia, providing innovative solutions in the poultry and livestock sector. They are expanding their BU Egg division and looking for an experienced Senior Area Sales Manager to drive new business development, manage key client relationships, and support long-term profitable growth. Key Responsibilities Drive new business growth, develop strategies, and expand market opportunities in the BU Egg division. Achieve sales budget (volume, margin, market share) and establish market-specific pricing policies. Manage client relationships, handle escalations, and resolve complaints effectively. Collect market intelligence, identify product ideas, and support product design in collaboration with HQ. Lead sales projects, consult at farm management level, and support rollout of new products in the region. Participate in trade shows, marketing projects, and BU Egg product trainings across Asia. Prepare sales reports for strategic review and recommend annual sales plans. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Animal Production, or related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in sales management with P&L responsibilities (preferably in investment goods/agriculture/engineering). Proven sales track record with achievement numbers in CV. Strong business acumen, networking, and interpersonal skills. Aggressive, target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently. Excellent leadership, coaching, and English communication skills (written & verbal). Willingness to travel up to 60% across Asia. Other Details Work arrangement: Full-time, permanent, office-based in Bukit Raja, Klang when not travelling. Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Individual contributor role (no team reporting).
