Site Supervisor

• Minimum 1 year of on-site construction supervision experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and manage site operations independently.
• Capable of leading and working effectively with foreign workers and subcontractors.
• Must have a valid driving license, own vehicle, and willingness to travel as required.

• Supervise construction works on project at site.
• Ensure work is completed and runs smoothly.
• Coordinate and monitor activities at project site.
• Attend site meetings and carry out measurement works.
• Plan, lead, monitor, and control projects with the support and cooperation of team members.
• Compile Weekly Progress Reports and other relevant reports.
• Communicate with upper management to develop strategic programs and project goals.
• Develop long-range strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives.
• Monitor construction and renovation projects.
• Receive and respond to approvals and notifications.
