- Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure project progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Liaise with Project Manager, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of works.
- Monitor workmanship and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Manage site manpower and ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and site photos.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in site supervision, preferably in interior fit-out or renovation.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and materials.
- Able to lead site teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Possession of CIDB Green Card is an advantage.
