Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure project progress, quality, and safety standards.
Liaise with Project Manager, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of works.
Monitor workmanship and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Manage site manpower and ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications.
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and site photos.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

Tanggungjawab

Minimum 3 years' experience in site supervision, preferably in interior fit-out or renovation.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and materials.
Able to lead site teams and subcontractors effectively.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Possession of CIDB Green Card is an advantage.
