The Retail Marketing Executive is responsible for the planning and implementation of the Brand's retail marketing calendars and activities across relevant channels especially during key retail moments. This position develops differentiated strategies and programs (merchandising, events, promotions) relevant to executional requirements and consumer target audience for each channel, monitors results and ensures competitiveness to grow the brand's share. Develop, execute, and conduct post-mortem on channel specific promotions to win in key moments and BAU. Organise and execute incremental business building pop ups, events and promotions with our retailers and other external partners. Plus, track and measure impacts. Closely monitor competitor activity including advertising, sampling, store literature, launch, and promotional activities. Ensure we're always growing ahead of the channel to increase our share. Act as the conduit for all aspects of marketing within that channel but bring in consumer marketing and product marketing experts when needed.
