- Support the execution of brand marketing strategies to strengthen positioning and awareness.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and storytelling across all touchpoints (online and offline).
- Localize global content and adapt messaging to align with the Malaysian market.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns including product launches, retail activations, and seasonal promotions.
- Assist to manage content calendars across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Coordinate creative development with designers, agencies, and vendors.
- Assist in preparing press releases, media kits, and managing media outreach.
- Coordinate with KOLs, ambassadors, and influencers for content creation and campaign deliverables.
- Track and report on campaign performance, media value, and ROI.
- Support brand presence at events such as expos, launches, and community activities.
- Coordinate logistics, booth setups, and promotional activities.
- Ensure smooth execution and brand consistency during activations.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
- Gather consumer insights from campaigns and events to improve future activities.
- Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance and KPIs.
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, brand, or digital-related roles.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Creative thinker with good content and copywriting skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; design tools (Canva/Photoshop) are an advantage.
