We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Marketing Executive with a passion for kitchenware and consumer products. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who can lead marketing efforts to elevate our Global Brands in both online and offline retail spaces. You will collaborate closely with our retail sales, operations teams, and external stakeholders to ensure impactful marketing execution. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the retail marketing team to support marketing initiatives and achieve business goals. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost sales and enhance brand visibility across all retail channels. Partner with sales and operations teams to plan and implement promotional campaigns-including in-store displays, product demos, staff training, and advertising-across physical and digital platforms. Collaborate with the marketing and purchasing teams to identify key product features and trends that align with consumer interests. Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring expenditures align with strategic objectives. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify market opportunities, and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity. Develop brand strategies aimed at increasing sales performance and market share within the kitchenware category. Manage overall inventory planning and stock levels for all Global Brands. Handle brand budgeting, product costing, and full profit & loss (P&L) responsibility. Coordinate with brand principals to align on strategic plans, including product sourcing, marketing campaigns, and sales activities. Deliver regular reports and presentations to principals on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback. Provide leadership and training to the retail marketing team, fostering effective communication and collaboration within the organization and with external partners. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in retail marketing, covering both digital and in-store channels-preferably within the consumer products sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic planning. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate across teams. Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing plans that drive revenue and strengthen brand presence. Experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders. Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
