Role Overview: We are looking for a highly driven and resourceful Business Development - Senior Executive to lead growth initiatives, strengthen partnerships, and drive student enrolment into TYMBA's programmes. This role combines relationship management, market development, and strategic outreach to ensure TYMBA continues to expand its influence and impact in Malaysia and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Partnership Development Identify, approach, and secure collaborations with schools, universities, corporates, and professional bodies. Manage and nurture existing partnerships to maximise mutual value. Student Recruitment & Outreach Develop and execute strategies to increase enrolment for ICAEW, ACCA, and other TYMBA programmes. Represent TYMBA at education fairs, career talks, and networking events. Organise and conduct school/university visits, workshops, and info sessions. Business Growth & Marketing Support Work with the marketing team to create campaigns targeting prospective students and partners. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities. Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with educators, industry leaders, and alumni to create a supportive ecosystem for TYMBA students. Facilitate mentorship and motivational sessions with accomplished professionals for current students. Reporting & Planning Track and report on KPIs, business opportunities, and partnership outcomes. Support in preparing business proposals, decks, and presentations for potential partners. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in business development, education sales, or partnerships (experience in the education or professional qualification sector is an advantage). Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills. Able to work independently and travel when required. Passion for education, student development, and professional growth.
