- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and potential growth areas.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment with client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable outcomes.
- Monitor and report on business performance metrics and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and competitors.
- A degree in civil engineering, hydraulic engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years experience in business development or sales within the construction industry.
- Strong bidding/tender success record for construction projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
- Strong existing network with main contractors and relevant construction clients.
- Ability to read and write Chinese/Mandarin would be an added advantage.
