The Business Development Specialist (Construction) will play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities and fostering strong relationships within the construction sector. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional passionate about driving business success in Malaysia's construction industry.The Business Development Specialist will be driving revenue by winning tenders and closing deals with clients across the construction industry. This role will be heavily focused on building relationships and teamwork across functions and regions to strengthen the customer base and achieve sales goals. Key responsibilities include:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and potential growth areas.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment with client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on business performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and competitors.
