Key Responsibilities: Design and execute test cases based on business and functional requirements. Perform manual testing across various systems and platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Document and report defects clearly, and work closely with developers and business analysts for resolution. Conduct test result walkthroughs with business users and stakeholders. Ensure test coverage aligns with defined acceptance criteria and business expectations. Maintain detailed and organized test documentation, including test data, test logs, and test evidence. Support UAT activities by assisting users during test execution and capturing feedback. Required Skills & Experience: 2-5 years of experience in software testing, preferably within the insurance or claims domain. Strong understanding of insurance operations and business processes. Experience in writing and executing test cases, and documenting test results. Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM). Good communication skills, with the ability to explain test outcomes to non technical stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing.
