Role Summary Our client is seeking for THREE (3) headcounts of experienced and independent Software Tester with exceptional problem solving and communications skills in delivering smooth user experience in their mobile applications. This opportunity will be required to follow US work hours to collaborate with our remote colleagues to ease out bugs on a full 40 hours working for Five (5) days from Monday-Friday. Employment Details Role: Software Tester (Night Shift) Role Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Hours Arrangement: 9PM-5AM on remote basis Compensation Structure: Basic Salary + Night Shift Allowance ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct integration, accessibility, ad-hoc, sanity, and full regression testing across various browsers, devices, and operating systems as part of release cycles Analyze complicated software system and design a strategy to test this system Understand and represent customer needs in product feedback discussions Customer centric mindset to come up with test scenarios that test much more than stated use cases. Participate in release management and post deployment testing Use bug tracking tools to identify, prioritize, and track defects across different platforms. Design test plans, write test cases, and review functional requirement documentation specific to each platform. Work closely with cross functional teams, i.e. web/Android/iOS developers, QAs, product management, and design team to understand platform-specific requirements and to ensure consistent quality standards across platforms. Ensure timely resolution of issues, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. KEY REQUIREMENTS Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years (junior level) or 5 years (senior level) of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on testing web, Android and/or iOS applications.
