Main Responsibilities Lead and oversee end-to-end supermarket operations, including supply chain, merchandising, sales, and profit management. Drive business growth and market expansion in alignment with the company&aposs strategic objectives. Develop and execute merchandising strategies to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotions. Monitor and improve operational efficiency across all supermarket branches. Ensure strong supplier relationships and effective supply chain management. Manage financial performance, including revenue targets, cost control, and profitability. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities in Southeast Asia. Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the operations and business teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Report directly to the Board of Directors/CEO with regular business updates and strategic recommendations. General Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor&aposs or master&aposs degree in business administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related field. Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the retail/supermarket industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (GM Operations, Head of Business, or equivalent). Proven track record in managing large-scale supermarket operations, including supply chain, merchandising, and P&L responsibility. Strong experience in driving business growth, market expansion, and operational excellence. International exposure and experience within the Southeast Asia market is highly preferred. Excellent leadership, people management, and cross-cultural communication skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment. Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
