Working Hours: From 9.00 am to 6.00pm.
Work Days: Monday to Friday only

Job Specifications

Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business and any background related.
A Master's degree would be an added value.
Minimum two (2) years of experience background
Have an experience in dealing for project and collaboration with Government agencies, High LearningInstitution

Job Competencies

Proficiency in English & Malay both speaking and writing
Good skill in all Microsoft apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Strong organizational & time management skill
Analytical, problem-solving, or creative skills as needed by the role.
Ability to work independently and in teams and manage multiple tasks.

Job Responsibilities

To support VP SEED monitoring, plan and execution of SEED Project & activities
Organize discussion/meeting with internal & external parties and all documentation related
Prepare all required document for regular update to management, client whenever required
