Position Summary: The Head of Talent Acquisition will lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy and operations for the organization. This role is responsible for building and executing scalable hiring strategies, strengthening employer branding, ensuring exceptional candidate experience, and driving initiatives to attract top talent in alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Talent Acquisition Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business needs and workforce planning. Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for all levels, including niche leadership positions. Partner closely with business leaders and HRBPs to understand hiring needs, headcount plans, and talent gaps. Identify and introduce innovative sourcing channels, technologies, and tools. Team Leadership & Operations Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing TA team. Design and implement efficient recruitment processes, KPIs, and reporting dashboards. To emphasis on global direct hiring. Ensure adherence to hiring policies, compliance, and data integrity in all recruitment systems. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience Strengthening the company's employer brand across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor, career site). Drive campaigns and content creation that position the company as an employer of choice. Champion an excellent candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback loops. Talent Pipeline & Diversity Hiring Build strong pipelines for future hiring needs through proactive sourcing, networking, and talent pooling. Lead strategic initiatives to improve diversity and inclusion in recruitment processes. Track and analyze recruitment metrics, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree is a plus. 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in a people management or strategic leadership role. Proven success in leading high-volume and strategic hiring across multiple departments or regions. Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and analytics. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Experience with employer branding, DEI hiring, and candidate experience strategies.
