- Achieve at least Diploma certificate in related field
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in wellness or health-related settings, or Hospitality settings
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Skilled in using MS Office/excel, booking systems, and RM software.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of handling transactions and payments.
- Empathy: Demonstrate genuine care and understanding for clients' needs.
- Professionalism: Maintain confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards.
- Passion for Wellness: Genuine interest in health, wellness, and holistic practices.
