Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Specialist (24/7 shift) located in Kuala Lumpur. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your day-to-day tasks may include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and assisting with sales. You will communicate with customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and live chat, and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
