???? About the Role The organisation is undergoing a major transformation and expanding into new sectors. As Head of HR, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy to support this business evolution. You'll lead the HR function across three regions, focusing on: HR Strategy & Transformation Leading initiatives in performance management, succession planning, and organisational change Supporting expansion into new business areas by aligning talent strategy with evolving needs Coaching and guiding an existing, functionally specialised HR team HR Operations (oversight) While the operations team manages day-to-day matters, this role requires a proactive, hands-on approach Occasional travel is expected to regional offices. Ideal Candidate Profile 10+ years of HR experience, ideally at senior leadership level Deep understanding of Sarawak labour laws and local cultural nuances Experience supporting business transformation or diversification Strategic yet hands-on leadership style Immediate availability preferred Must be able to be based in Kuching, Sarawak.
