About the Company Our client is a publicly listed manufacturing group specializing in packaging solutions, with multiple plants in Indonesia and an international footprint. The company is undergoing a critical transformation to strengthen its financial foundation and drive sustainable growth over the next 3-5 years. To support this journey, we are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to be based in Jakarta. Key Responsibilities 1) Financial Strategy & Capital Raising Lead refinancing initiatives, including bank negotiations and investor relations. Develop strategies for capital raising to support expansion and growth. 2) Financial Management & Reporting Overhaul and streamline financial reporting processes, improving accuracy, timeliness, and depth of insights. Shorten reporting and closing periods while ensuring compliance with local and international standards. 3) Organizational Development Establish a robust internal audit and control framework. Partner with the HR Director to instill financial discipline and performance management across the organization. 4) Leadership & Change Management Manage and strengthen a lean finance team of 15 headcounts, addressing underperformance while bringing in strong new talent. Act as a strategic right-hand partner to the CEO, driving transformation with minimal supervision. Key Requirements Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or equivalent) preferred. Proven track record as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leader in manufacturing, packaging, FMCG, or related sectors. Strong business acumen with hands-on experience in change management, turnaround, and organizational restructuring. Demonstrated success in refinancing, fundraising, and managing investor/banking relationships. Proven track record in capital raising, investor relations, and bank negotiations. Strong business acumen with ability to balance operational details and strategic priorities. Fluent in Bahasa Melayu/Indonesia and English. A change leader with resilience, high integrity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced transformation environment.
