You will be responsible for day to day in-house business development operation: Develop business e-marketing plans in coordination with business development manager to achieve revenue goals. To assist in monitoring and coordinating closely with your Manager mainly with supply chain management (from Purchase Order, Production, Payment Collection to Shipment) for local & international operation. To work closely with the in-house inventory team to ensure that stocks are sufficient for distribution to customers (Hospitals, Bumi Agents, Clinics & Pharmacies). To be constantly in communication with stakeholders especially with the Sales & Marketing Team as well as the Logistic, Warehouse & Distribution team. To assist in attending to enquiry/complaints and escalations in reference to product/service and distribution To create and/or generate reports for management on issues pertaining to sales review. Work closely with internal departments to gather information and resolve issues affecting sales administration. You will be reporting to, Managing Director and Business Development Manager. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceuticals, Chemistry, Biology, or a related science field. 2-3 years of experience in Business Development within the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. Proven experience in reviewing and negotiating business contracts. Strong price negotiation skills. Ability to travel if needed. Experience working with multinational pharmaceutical companies is an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferably Mandarin Speaking.
