Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Assistant Manager, Content & Strategic Communications to lead the development and execution of content strategies across social media platforms (predominantly LinkedIn) and other communication channels. This role will involve crafting engaging content, supporting communications efforts, and ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with the company&aposs strategic goals. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to support the brand&aposs visibility and strengthen its communication efforts. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the development of communication strategies that align with company goals, ensuring consistent messaging across internal and external channels. Assist with internal communications , including drafting and distributing company updates, newsletters, and announcements to keep employees informed. Support external communication efforts , ensuring key messages are aligned with the company's brand, values, and strategic goals. Collaborate with leadership on communication initiatives, helping to maintain a cohesive and professional brand voice across all communications. Assist in crisis communication efforts by helping to craft clear, on-brand messaging during challenging situations. Brand & Stakeholder Engagement: Support media and public relations efforts, ensuring the company's messaging is clear and consistent across all interactions. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including media, industry influencers, and partners, to enhance brand reputation. Content Performance & Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for content and communication efforts to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Provide regular updates to leadership, offering insights and recommendations to optimize content strategies and communication activities. Qualifications: Bachelor&aposs degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or strategic communications. Strong writing and editing skills , with the ability to create clear, engaging content for diverse audiences. Proven experience in social media content creation and strategy development. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Personal Attributes: Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand development. Proactive, self-motivated , and comfortable working independently. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
