We are looking for a highly motivated Retail Operations Executive who will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing retail and event operations in Australia, with frequent travel to Australia is expected. Event Management : Identify and secure event locations in Australia, negotiating rental rates to optimize cost s Develop detailed floor plans to ensure efficient space utilizatio n Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders for atrium space and event setu p Collaborate with partners, contractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless event executio n Maintain adequate stock of brochures and promotional materials to support retail and event activitie s Capture high-quality images for social media marketing and promotional purpose s Conduct comprehensive product training sessions and assess the competency of new team members, including part-time and full-time staf f Ensure training materials and presentation slides are regularly update d Manpower Planning : Manage staffing requirements for both retail and pop-up events to ensure adequate covera g e Assist in scheduling casual staff and making necessary adjustments based on operational nee d s Secure replacements for last-minute staff cancellations to minimize disruptio n s Adjust manpower allocation based on sales trends and event locations to maximize efficien c y Sales & Inventory Management : Monitor sales performance to ensure pop-up stores achieve break-even or meet sales targ e ts Coordinate the replenishment of retail inventory from headquarters as nee d ed Compile and submit commission reports for casual staff, if applica b le Requireme n ts Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field prefer r ed Proven experience in event planning, retail management, or a similar role, preferably with international expos u re Strong negotiation and vendor management ski l ls Excellent organizational and multitasking abilit i es Strong leadership and team management ski l ls Ability to analyze sales trends and optimize manpower allocation accordin g ly Willingness and ability to travel frequently to Austra l ia Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning softw a re Excellent communication and interpersonal ski lls Show more Show less
