Job Description :Provide comprehensive support and guidance across the full range of HR functions in MT-MY and MT-SEA. Act as a dependable and trusted partner to the organisation’s business units. Deliver effective HR services and support by applying HR administrative knowledge and experience, coupled with advisory expertise in HR matters relevant to the business—ensuring high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.Recruitment
  • Advertise job openings across multiple platforms (both internal and external)
  • Review candidate profiles, perform cold calling, shortlist, and align top talent with open roles
  • Coordinate and participate in interview scheduling and conducting with hiring managers
  • Perform reference checks as needed
  • Facilitate seamless candidate placement, ensuring pre-boarding, onboarding, and post-boarding support meets or exceeds expectations
Employer Branding
  • Support and contribute to building a strong and positive employer image to attract external candidates
  • Organize or participate in initiatives like career fairs, career talks, and office visits to nurture talent pipelines
  • Lead implementation of Management Trainee and Internship Programs, and build connections with student leaders and career counselors from higher learning institutions
  • Build and sustain strategic partnerships with external parties such as recruitment agencies and academic institutions
  • Maintain a strong employer branding presence via social media and creative engagement approaches to promote the company group in the talent market
Administration
  • Ensure recruitment platforms (internal and external) are regularly updated and revised in a timely manner
  • Develop and review job descriptions for both new and existing roles in collaboration with HRBPs and hiring managers to align with business goals and candidate profiles
  • Prepare salary proposals and draft employment contracts
  • Handle all candidate applications, including those for expatriates and foreign workers
  • Manage contract renewals and agreements with recruitment vendors, ensuring they perform within agreed SLAs and budgets
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee and candidate queries related to recruitment
Reporting
  • Provide market insights or conduct research for HRBPs, hiring managers, and analytics teams on compensation trends and evolving job roles in the industry
  • Update and deliver recruitment-related reports in a timely fashion (e.g., dashboards, career fair feedback, candidate experience summaries)
  • Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers on annual workforce planning and recruitment budgeting
  • Assist in job analysis by offering professional advice and expertise regarding job scope and expectations
Process Development/Improvement
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment and onboarding processes for greater operational effectiveness
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with applicable laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers to design recruitment strategies that align with local market demands and accurately target suitable talent pools in MY and SEA
Other

Mandatory:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10–12 years of direct experience in Talent Acquisition and end-to-end recruitment processes within a multinational environment
  • Solid understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
  • Strong administrative and planning capabilities, with proven ability to set priorities, multitask, follow through with urgency, and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel) and familiar with popular social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, platforms, and recruitment techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with solid business acumen and ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all organizational levels
