Work with local Brands' marketing teams to formulate marketing activations that are in line with retailer's marketing calendar. Work with partners to formulate and execute marketing plans including management of activations and the development/maintenance of relationships with media and key influencers. Support Enterprise Marketing & Data Manager and Brands in content creation, creative adaptation etc. Provides support to Affiliate brand CRM teams regarding execution of consumer programs. Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing and/or social media communications within FMCG or Luxury Goods industry and /or relevant experience in online marketing in related industries Solid experience in development & execution in Digital media campaigns: Search, Display, Mobile & Social Media Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Graphic & Multi⁃Media Design) Website/Microsite campaigns Email marketing campaigns Mobile campaigns Display in⁃depth knowledge about various social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and etc.) and how they use these platforms to create campaigns Creative, conceptual thinking, good co⁃ordination and interpersonal skills, attentive to details Results⁃oriented, with strong drive to meet objectives and ELC's/prestige cosmetics high standards
