Build and manage relationships with TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada affiliates, and ensure creator content aligns with brand identity and local trends. Collaborate with brand ambassadors (BAs), content agencies, and paid media teams to ensure cohesive execution across all content and commerce touchpoints. What You Will Need Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury or prestige beauty retail. Proven experience in driving e-commerce performance through content strategies. Strong understanding of TikTok Shop mechanics and conversion funnels with the ability to translate content engagement into measurable sales outcomes. Skilled in producing high-volume, high-impact short video content. Ability to deliver timely, trend-based content with local relevance. Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently across Affiliate, Regional, and Global leadership levels. Professional demeanor with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and flexibility-including travel as needed.
