- Client Acquisition: Actively identify, prospect, and acquire new small to medium-sized business (SMB) clients.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and lead qualification to product demonstration, proposal generation, and closing deals.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on the B2B SaaS platform to effectively articulate its value proposition, particularly its benefits for digital invoicing, cash flow management, and cross-border payments.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new clients to ensure their successful onboarding and satisfaction.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive market penetration and revenue growth within the SMB segment.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Business Development Executives to achieve collective sales goals (if applicable).
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and refine sales tactics.
- Key Account Management: Oversee relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast sales, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities and market trends.
- Experience: 3-7+ years in B2B sales, with a strong preference for backgrounds in SaaS or fintech.
- Skills: Proven expertise in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Must be skilled at articulating the value of a digital financial platform to SMBs.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
