  • Client Acquisition: Actively identify, prospect, and acquire new small to medium-sized business (SMB) clients.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and lead qualification to product demonstration, proposal generation, and closing deals.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on the B2B SaaS platform to effectively articulate its value proposition, particularly its benefits for digital invoicing, cash flow management, and cross-border payments.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new clients to ensure their successful onboarding and satisfaction.
Business Development Manager
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive market penetration and revenue growth within the SMB segment.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Business Development Executives to achieve collective sales goals (if applicable).
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and refine sales tactics.
  • Key Account Management: Oversee relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast sales, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities and market trends.
