This position will have a blend of responsibilities regarding HR Operations & Office Management (50%), HR Business Partner for the Malaysia team (30%), Global P&C Projects (20%) . You will be responsible for performance management, employee management, surveys, compensation &benefits, operational excellence, career planning & promotions, implementing organizational change, rewards programs and payroll. The standard working hours for this role are CET - 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm Malaysia time . However, there is some flexibility, and on certain days the role may follow Malaysia working hours instead. RESPONSIBILITIES Performance & Talent Management and Promotion Cycles Lead the global Performance Management Cycle/Talent Talks, ensuring process alignment and effective communication. Conduct performance calibration sessions with leadership for data-backed decision-making. Manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) , ensuring structured development and compliance. Engagement & Organizational Culture. Own Employee Satisfaction Surveys (ESS) and weekly Pulse reports , leveraging insights to drive engagement initiatives. Optimize onboarding & offboarding surveys, ensuring continuous improvement in the employee lifecycle. HR Systems & Data Management. Act as HRIS product owner, ensuring accurate data governance and reporting. Oversee system integrations between HR platforms to optimize workflows and data insights. Manage mass data updates, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Offboarding & Relocation Managemen t. Ensure smooth offboarding processes, tracking trends for retention strategies. Oversee employee relocation , managing visa applications and compliance requirements. Projects & HR Strategy. Drive People & Culture programs, aligning with business transformation goals. Develop capabilities for career progression into a Head of People & Culture role, ensuring long-term impact. Lead the annual salary review process, providing in-depth analysis for informed decision-making. Oversee monthly payroll processing in coordination with external vendors. Manage employee rewards & recognition programs, ensuring alignment with engagement strategies. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Expertise in HR processes, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HRIS tools (SAP, Oracle, BambooHR, etc.). Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive HR initiatives with a data-driven approach. Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills to navigate workplace dynamics effectively. Proficiency in automation, RPA, and digital HR tools to streamline processes. Agile and solution-oriented mindset , with a proactive and structured approach. Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
