Key Responsibilities: Plan, organise, and manage staff engagement activities, events, and ad hoc initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Prepare and coordinate staff communications, including broadcasts on engagement, recognition, and risk awareness. Promote company values through dedicated programs and activities. Oversee administrative operations (payroll data, system access, document management, checklists, SOPs) and ensure compliance with policies. Collect and report on team huddles, scorecards, and feedback from employee surveys/focus groups to drive engagement improvements. Support senior management with ad hoc projects, events, and communications. Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in employee engagement and/or internal communication in a corporate setting. Experience in contact centre or shared services environments is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to tailor messaging to diverse employee groups.
