Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for both commercial and strategic growth activities within your region, acting as the local representative of our Global Key Account Group. You will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by mapping out customer locations and entities, identifying growth opportunities, and executing a detailed business plan to enhance our market position. As the Key Account Manager, you will be the strategic and commercial lead in managing key customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and supporting local sales teams to achieve ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis & Strategy Conduct thorough market studies to assess size, trends, competition, and customer needs, delivering insights to guide strategic decision-making. Develop and align local market positioning strategies with global initiatives, tailored to regional dynamics. Business Development Leadership Map customer locations and entities to understand the market landscape. Enable growth by identifying high-potential opportunities and driving initiatives that expand market reach and deepen customer engagement. Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive business plan with clear initiatives, revenue targets, and progress monitoring. Collaboration with Sales Teams . Partner closely with local sales teams to align objectives, support key account management, and secure new business. Deliver commercial and strategic support, equipping sales teams with the tools, resources, and insights needed for success. Key Skills & Qualifications: Technical and business background - (B. Eng and MBA or equivalent) Proven experience (5+ years) in account management, sales, or business development, ideally within a B2B environment. Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and other teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in turbomachinery English language both oral and written Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Show more Show less
