Key Account Manager - Malaysia (Handling Singapore Accounts | Travel Required) About Anchanto Anchanto empowers businesses to maximize their e-commerce potential. About the Role This role is based in Malaysia and will be responsible for managing Singapore accounts , with travel to Singapore as required. Key Responsibilities Customer Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full post-Go-Live journey, ensuring renewals and long-term success. Customer Engagement & Onboarding: Lead onboarding calls, introduce the platform, and define post-implementation priorities. Escalation & Issue Resolution: Manage escalations, track ETAs, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear, structured communication with internal and external stakeholders. Product Adoption & Updates: Keep customers informed of major product releases, feature launches, and best practices. Account Growth & Expansion: Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Billing & Payments: Ensure timely invoicing and resolution of billing-related queries. Forecasting & Planning: Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and 12-month account growth plans. Churn Prevention & Retention: Monitor account health, manage renewals, and implement retention strategies. Internal Reporting & Insights: Share insights and churn/improvement reports internally. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless delivery and satisfaction. Key Competencies Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Prior experience in eCommerce, SaaS , or IT project/account management . Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a bias for decision-making.
