Your Key Accountabilities: Oversee competitive bidding processes and ensure timely tender awards. Minimize Value of Variation Orders, extension of time claims, and ensure timely completion of final accounts. Control and monitor project costs, ensuring budgets are maintained from inception to completion. Evaluate contractors' bids, provide price competitiveness analysis, and monitor costs of major cost elements. Lead and manage a team of consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and health regulations throughout project implementation. Review and finalize project documentation, including final accounts, accurately and promptly. Provide strategic input to optimize project cost efficiency and maintain quality outcomes. What We&aposre Looking For: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, and other relevant fields. Minimum 4 years of working experience in the related field. Experienced in a consultancy firm or property developer managing commercial/ property investment projects is an added advantage. Able to work under pressure and ability to deliver assignments within the committed deadline. Possess good leadership skills to be able to lead and manage a team of consultants to achieve desired results. Strong communication skills and ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
