This individual will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. The Recruitment Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring a robust talent pipeline and aligning recruitment activities with organizational goals.JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, and labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Proactive and resourceful with a problem-solving approach.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for all levels of positions within the organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting to build a diverse candidate pool.
  • Enhance employer branding through social media, career fairs, and partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Analyze hiring trends and recommend improvements to recruitment processes.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies.
  • Manage work pass applications and ensure adherence to immigration laws for hiring international candidates.
  • Manage and mentor the recruitment team, fostering growth and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
