- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Proactive and resourceful with a problem-solving approach.
- Strong leadership qualities with a collaborative mindset.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for all levels of positions within the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting to build a diverse candidate pool.
- Enhance employer branding through social media, career fairs, and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Analyze hiring trends and recommend improvements to recruitment processes.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies.
- Manage work pass applications and ensure adherence to immigration laws for hiring international candidates.
- Manage and mentor the recruitment team, fostering growth and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
