The Opportunity We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Manager to build, train and lead a team of sourcing specialists focused on identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for internal and client hiring needs. You will manage the research function responsible for enabling fulfilment teams through the generation of qualified candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing methods. The role may involve direct candidate, cross-border discussion, stakeholder advisory and client-facing work - dependent on the project requirements. Division : Solutions & Delivery Team : Discovery (Research) Major Responsibilities : Research Deployment Oversee and manage research team and related operations to ensure efficient, optimized and a compliant workflow. Manage and ensure optimization of resource allocation to deliver consistent delivery. Work with first rate consultants and undertake challenging roles through diagnosis and understanding recruitment challenges. Develop and design elegant yet aggressive sourcing tactics to overcome such challenges. Ensure expansion of a team of well-trained and competent researchers. Operational Excellence Design sourcing best practices, processes and strategies. Develop and curate a working database that can be readily deployed and fit for purpose. Drive competency by upscaling and training the team in proactive search methods. Maintain high degrees of consistency in turnaround time, and delivery accuracy. Monitor key metrics, team performance, statuses and forecasts. Ensure optimal and profitable utilization of researchers. Tools & Innovation Champion, drive and adopt innovative sourcing tools including newly developed AI-sourcing platforms. Keep up to date with sourcing best practices and recommend innovations. Ensure data hygiene and accurate profile tagging in the ATS/CRM system. Internal Regional Collaboration Collaborate with teams across the globe including APAC, ANZ, EMEA and North America. Work closely with stakeholders including Solutions MDs, Country MDs, Regional Directors and BD teams Requirements Minimum 6 years in recruitment research or sourcing Minimum 2 years in a leadership role managing sourcing teams. Experience in supporting large varieties of roles, including niche industries. Experience in organizing and optimizing resource allocation.
