- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Demonstrate strong sales experience and negotiation skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of effective problem-solving and decision-making.
- Willingness to work full-time at the Semenyih location.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated territory, focusing on Midascom Network Sdn Bhd's rental, sales, and service offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Midascom Network Sdn Bhd's offerings.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to maximize profitability while meeting customer requirements.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager, highlighting key opportunities and challenges.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and promote Midascom Network Sdn Bhd's brand and offerings.
