- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively, develop robust sales strategies, and manage customer relationships to drive sales growth.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites within the Semenyih region as required.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated territory (Semenyih and surrounding areas) to achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of BAN NGAI Group.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication, in-person visits, and proactive problem-solving, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive activities, providing valuable insights to the sales team and management for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of BAN NGAI Group's products and services and addressing any concerns or objections.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive positioning in the market, and working closely with internal teams to finalize sales agreements.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to accurately track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate reports on sales performance, providing timely and accurate information to management.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and provide exceptional customer support throughout the sales cycle.
