About the Role We're seeking a highly adaptable and creatively driven Integrated Designer to join our dynamic creative production team. This role requires someone who can confidently execute both print and digital design work , producing assets that align with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and market needs. You&aposll be part of a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and creative thinking are the key. Key Responsibilities Design a variety of materials across print and digital touchpoints, including POSM, brochures, key visuals, social media content, banners, eDMs, and other campaign assets. Interpret briefs to deliver conceptually strong and visually consistent work across channels. Adapt regional/global master creatives into localized materials for assigned markets. Ensure all deliverables meet production and platform requirements. Collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, project managers, and account servicing teams. Maintain organized file structures and version control for efficient project delivery. Provide design support across multiple projects and timelines, often simultaneously. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in a design or creative agency environment Proven portfolio showcasing both print (e.g. POSM, layout, packaging) and digital (e.g. social media, web banners, responsive design) design work. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects or Figma is a plus). Strong visual sense with excellent attention to detail, layout, and typography. Familiar with artwork preparation and print production requirements. Able to work independently from while aligning with regional creative direction. Familiar with FMCG, automotive, or lifestyle brand design work is a must. We offer competitive remuneration package and fringe benefits to the successful candidate.
