Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that integrate demand forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and forecast alignment to optimize the flow of goods and drive data-based decision-making. Manage stakeholders by developing and executing a cohesive planning strategy that integrates inputs from merchandising, marketing, finance, and store operations, ensuring demand forecasting aligns with overall supply chain capabilities. Oversee the order fulfillment process and synchronize inventory management with demand forecasts to maintain optimal inventory levels-mitigating both overstocking and understocking-while satisfying customer requirements. Manage vendor relationships by building and maintaining strategic partnerships to ensure product deliveries consistently meet high quality and performance standards across the supply chain. Implement robust risk management and contingency strategies, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously drive operational enhancements to optimize supply chain performance.
