The Supply Chain Manager will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple Southeast Asian markets. This role will be pivotal in driving demand and supply planning, logistics, warehousing, compliance, and distribution while ensuring adherence to GDPMD and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing direction, training, and performance management.
  • Manage 3PL and 4PL operations for warehousing, inventory, secondary assembly, and distribution, ensuring full compliance with GDPMD and local regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with distributors to manage demand forecasts, replenishment orders, invoicing, and goods receipt processes.
  • Monitor inventory performance (safety stock, fill rates, MOH) and recommend adjustments to optimise service levels.
  • Oversee SKU-level demand trends, inventory rationalisation, and backorder management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of forecast accuracy, inventory health, and supply chain KPIs to management.
  • Coordinate product storage, handling, transportation, and disposal in line with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, ensuring SOPs are regularly updated.
  • Manage import/export activities, customs clearance, and intercompany transactions, ensuring compliance with trade regulations.
  • Ensure full implementation of Local GDPMD Quality Management System within the Supply Chain function.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, and Finance to align supply chain operations with business objectives.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven leadership experience (2-3 years in a managerial role), with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of GDPMD regulations, quality management systems, and pharma/medical device distribution requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, and 3PL/4PL operations.
  • Familiarity with customs regulations, import/export processes, and intercompany transactions.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and forecasting tools (e.g., JDA).
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
