- Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, offline, social media, events, etc.).
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights and analytics.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling marketing materials that align with business objectives.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with CARSOME's brand messaging and overall marketing strategy.
- Define and implement effective GTM strategies for new product launches, promotions, and market expansions.
- Identify target audiences and create strategic positioning for CARSOME's product offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, and operations) to ensure seamless execution of GTM plans.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships that drive brand growth and customer acquisition.
- Develop and negotiate partnership agreements to maximize business value.
- Build strong relationships with external partners, influencers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partnership goals align with CARSOME's overall marketing objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in campaign management, GTM strategy, and partnership development, preferably in the automotive, digital, or e-commerce industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with performance marketing, digital channels, and CRM tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
