Senior Operational Training Manager (F&B or Retail sector) Location: Kuala Lumpur (on-site) Employment Type : Full-Time Job ID#: 157240 Job Summary: We are partnering with an exciting and rapidly growing F&B brand in search of a qualified Senior Training Manager as part of the leadership team to drive and develop the training function across the organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the overall Training Division, ensuring all initiatives align with business objectives and uphold brand standards. Oversee the implementation, assessment, and continuous improvement of training programs and operational standards in accordance with regional operational guidelines and internal training academy requirements. Design and deliver leadership development programs for the Operations team to support talent growth and internal succession planning. Manage and maintain the E-Learning platform, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and training guidelines. Conduct engaging training sessions and workshops focused on service excellence, product knowledge, food safety, hygiene standards, upselling techniques, and customer experience. Localize and adapt training materials to suit market needs and cultural context. Monitor training effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs), guest feedback, audit results, and mystery shopper evaluations. Collaborate on various training-related projects and initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 3-5 years in a training or Learning & Development leadership role. Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including budgeting, P&L management, and customer service standards. Demonstrated ability to design and execute impactful training programs in a hospitality or F&B environment. Exceptional leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
