Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between the bank and its strategic partners. Maintain strong, trust-based relationships and ensure high partner satisfaction. Recommend strategic adjustments based on market insights and partner feedback. Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail to ensure accuracy in partnership documentation, compliance, and reporting Support partners in understanding cross-border payment workflows, SWIFT message formats, and compliance implications. Ensure compliance with international sanctions regimes (FATF, OFAC, UN, EU, etc.) during partner onboarding and ongoing monitoring. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is a plus Minimum of 5 years of experience in Bank Payment Operations (preferred). Strong understanding of SWIFT messaging standards (especially MT103), international payment systems, and cross-border compliance requirements. Familiarity with FATF sanctions, name screening, and KYC/AML protocols is an advantage.
