Requirements:Qualification:- Minimum STPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.- Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in the IT industry.- Strong data analytical and tabulation, communication skills and excellent presentation skills.- Candidates who are fluent in both Mandarin & English are preferred.
