- The ability to converse & write in Mandarin & Cantonese will be required to serve the respective market and liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent spoken and written English is an added advantage.
- Preferably min 1 year experience in Contact Centre, experience in Hospitality / Online Travel Agency and Customer Service.
- Diploma / Degree holder in any discipline or equivalent qualification with relevant working experience
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills
- Computer literate and internet savvy.
- Positive attitude and a team player with a passion for delivering world-class customer service.
- Willing to work in a shift environment (24/7 operations)
- Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards
- Open to Malaysians only
