Responsibilities:
  • Handling all inbound calls, emails and chats pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
  • Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
Requirements:
  • Possess Diploma and above or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - Full training provided
  • Have prior experience in handling customers or work in a call centre environment would be advantageous
  • Strong command of English and Mandarin (both verbal & written)
  • Able to work on graveyard shifts, public holidays and weekends
