- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address challenges and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable and flexible to handle various responsibilities, including administrative tasks and supporting management initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive work atmosphere.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization, with a strong interest in the healthcare industry.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to Managing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as a point of contact between Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication in both English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, utilizing analytical skills to compile and interpret data.
- Support the Managing Director in various projects and initiatives, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
- Attend meetings with the MD and document key takeaways and action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Support decision-making processes by providing relevant information and insights, contributing to informed and effective management strategies.
- Demonstrate leadership potential by taking initiative, proactively identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
- Support and learn from the MD on leadership, decision-making, and organizational management.
