Job Description: Provide full spectrum of executive support, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements Coordinate point-to-point travel logistics such as flights, hotels, transport, local office arrangements, and expense claims processing Maintain and schedule upcoming events in senior stakeholders' calendars Assist in day-to-day office administration and team operations Coordinate internal and external meetings across time zones Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders Track and follow up on tasks, deadlines, and project progress Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the manager Requirements: Minimum Diploma holder with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a front-facing or personal assistant role Highly meticulous and detail-oriented Comfortable with repetitive work and able to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Vibrant, energetic, and cheerful personality with a proven ability to work well independently and as part of a team Highly ethical and able to maintain confidentiality of information
