- Initiating and setting goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of company
- Be the main customer point of contact for weekly meetings and act as a customer escalation point.
- Overseeing a program that is tied in multiple sites.
- Responding and managing to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Participate in the development and execution of division business plans based on corporate objectives.
- Planning new and ongoing programs involving deadlines, milestones, and processes
- Drive production and production operations departments to attain maximum efficiency and quality in the manufacturing of customer's products.
- Support the adherence to a production master schedule and respond as appropriate to significant deviations and changes to satisfy customer requirements and to optimize resource utilization.
- Develop, recommend, and implement manufacturing procedures that result in continuous improvement in competitive positioning, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop, monitor, and report on operating costs within functional areas; Develop and implement action plans related to same
- Ensure that orders are manufactured per customer specifications/quality requirements and that manufacturing cost standards are met.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related background
- Must have at least 8 years of experience in Program Management.
- Excellent track record in maintain strong external & internal stakeholder management
- Experienced in Machining environment is an added advantage
