Solutions & Program Senior Manager/Director (Digital Carbon & Sustainability) Base in: Thailand or Malaysia or other countries in South East Asia. Job Description The position requires an experienced business development role with good carbon and sustainability experience combined with digital technology knowledge to drive sales and business engagement within the climate and decarbonization space. This role should possess good customer engagement and consultative skills to integrate sustainability seamlessly into our client's business strategy and aspirations through digital transformation and industrial 4.0 initiatives. He/she must possess collaborative leadership in a multinational and multicultural setting as a self-starter for collaboration with: Clients to understand their business challenges and requirements while creating demand Solution Architects to develop viable proposal for clients Development team to give inputs on developing market relevant products/solutions. The role is expected to exercise consultative selling approach during initial customer engagement and gradually develop into trusted advisor level. Skills and Qualifications Min 5 years of professional experience in any climate consulting or ESG roles with years of carbon accounting knowledge An understanding of product (life cycle assessment) and organisation carbon accounting methodologies, in particular ISO 14064 on organisation carbon reporting, ISO 14040 and ISO 14044 on life cycle assessment, ISO14067 on the carbon footprint of products , GHG Protocol Product Life Cycle Standard, SBTi and the GRI Standard Knowledge in Carbon/ESG Reporting software is a plus Be responsible for driving compliance of our software and processes with the product carbon accounting standards Domain expertise in utility/energy/industrial automation industry and excellent industry contacts is a plus. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage stretched assignments. Ability to deal effectively with diversity of individuals at all organizational levels. Highly resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Ability to function effectively and decisively in sometimes fluid or ambiguous situations. A strong team players and collaborative in nature Excellent communication and presentation skills, native oral and written fluency in English Role and Responsibilities: Drive sales growth and increase market share in the carbon & sustainability space by understanding the market dynamics, the key stakeholders, their requirements and buying process to drive value selling of products and solutions Responsible to lead the carbon and ESG product development lifecycle, ensuring efficient and effective product delivery. Develop, implement, and sustain comprehensive account plans to achieve annual sales targets Account management and relationship building with key high-level executive customers Pursue new opportunities and create demand actively. Present value messaging effectively to customers with solutions selling mindset.
